Are you able to use azap to test that your DVB card can tune your
channels? Check out and build the azap CVS using the following
directions:
http://www.rsmas.miami.edu/personal/angel/mythtv/air2pc-howto.html
[I say check out and build your own because last I tried to use the
ubuntu/debian packages, the dvb-apps didn't come with the
make_atsc_chanconf.pl script.]
Once you get that working, I think somewhere in the Channel Editor of
mythtv-setup is a place to tell your DVB card to auto-scan for
signals.
