I have a 350 and a 250. I have captured video from VHS using a Composite to SVideo converter (included with my 350 if I remember correctly). That would probably be easier than buying a new VCR. Most of the recordings I've made this way come out fine. I have had the occasional one not record very well and I assume it was because of the tape or video itself more than anything. It's been a while, but from what I remember the hardest part was setting up the channel to be able to record from the VCR. James
