Yes, the flagging method was one of the settings. I had the default (blank frame detection) turned on, but it wasn't working. Also, do you have 'Strict Commercial Detection' checked? As for sensitivity, I have not discovered anything to adjust that yet.

Could you tell me what settings you are using to get it to work? I am new to mythtv, but this feature is high on my list of things to get working.
