What do you have for Vertrefresh and Horizsync values?

Yes, use different modelines :) From various web sites I've used the
following two 1280x720 mode lines. Try them both one at a time and see
if they work any better than your existing modeline.
ModeLine "ATSC-720-60p" 74.25 1280 1320 1376 1650 720 722 728 750
ModeLine "ATSC-720-60p" 74.16 1280 1320 1376 1648 720 722 728 750
