Ok, i just got off the phone with Time Warner for a third time, and here's what I was told. They told me they don't provide any enabled firewire ports due to copyright laws. I thought they had to provide one if it was requested due to some other law? Does anyone on here have Time Warner and successfully gotten a firewire HD box from them? If so, how did you get them to give it to you? Any help would be greatly appreciated, as these morons are really starting to get to me. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I specifically requested it twice, and still no luck. I'm going to call them today and see if I can go to another office and pick one up. Hopefully that will help.

At least in Rochester, you have to specifically request the firewire
enabled boxes. And then, it's all luck as to whether you get all the
channels.
