Thanks. Yes, the settings were fine until i changed the IP of the
backend on the frontend from 192.168.1.100 to the new IP address.
Where are the settings for each stored? Is there anyway to copy them
from the old config?

are on the same machine, you need to do this.
Also, have you allowed mySQL access from anything
other than 127.0.0.1? There are some steps in the
documentation about allowing access from something
other than localhost.

Hey, I just moved my MythTV box into my dorm with me and now
that I'm hosting the backend on a network on a static IP
I changed the IP address from 127.0.0.1 on the setup,
but then it lost all of my configuration settings. Is there
a way to recover these settings?
