Transmit side controls my Cable setupbox to change the channels when I tune mythtv.
Receive side, mimics a hauppauge pvr-250 remote. For some reason, i couldn't use the lirc standard file for the pvr-250 remote. USB-UIRT2 LIRC driver doesn't seem to understand RC4 signal definitions, so I had to hack it myself.
So on my Harmony 880 remote, I select "Hauppauge PVR-250" as my Mythtv remote..
works great !

My other question is about whatever is causing the screen to go blank when
there is no cursor activity. I have disabled used xset to disable dpms and
the screensaver as shown in the troubleshooting of the documentation but the
screen still blanks and I have to move the mouse to get it to come back.
This is my first myth box and these seem to be the last two hurdles for me
to have a extremely trouble free system in place.
