Some will have, but I don't think we'll be processing, just in case we miss something. UK commercials aren't a huge percentage of broadcast time (unlike some other countries) so they're not such a bother. As we're recording all welsh language material broadcast, we'll also capture (the unusual) welsh language advertisements broadcast, which can be of historical interest.

As stated above, that's is only required for encrypted transmissions.
I doubt whether we have the right to record any encrypted transmissions, I think our remit only extends to free-to-air.
