I am having trouble with DVD playback. I am running Knoppmyth R5A22 and have the latest version of libdvdread 3/css installed. I have tried using regionset - set to region 2 but without success. I have a Panasonic UJ845 CDRW/DVDRW slimline device.
I find that most DVD's, particularly newer ones, get as far as the splash screen and then crash before the Main Menu. Some DVD's work fine though. If i run Xine in an Xterm I get something along the lines of: libdvdread: Error cracking CSS key for VIDEO_TS/VTS02_0.VOB libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in ifo_read.c:1636*** for pgcit: [gci-srp[i].pgcstart_byte+PGC_SIZE<= pgcit->last_byte+1 Any help? --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Send mythtv-users mailing list submissions to > [email protected] > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, > visit > > http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users > or, via email, send a message with subject or body > 'help' to > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > You can reach the person managing the list at > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it > is more specific > than "Re: Contents of mythtv-users digest..." > > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
