I am on all programs -- there's only one recording there. Is there a

Just because it says "All Programs", doesn't mean it is displaying *all*
programs. There is an option in setup to have the list show the actual
filter in place instead of showing "All programs" all the time. You may
be seeing "All programs" with a particular filter in place. Try
checking that to confirm whether you have a filter.
