first post to the list and figured it was about time being i am just
about to start my first myth setup. i am building a custom case that
will included the following hardware:
1 x fic az11e socket a via kt333 chip set
onbaord audio : embedded in VIA 686B
1 x amd xp 1.3 GHz 200MHz fsb
3 x 512MB pc133 ddr
1 x hauppauge wintvV-pvr 350
1 x msi geforce4 mx440 agp bus 250mhz ddr64mb tv-out 3d
1 x 250gb pata
1x dvd-rom drive
1 x soyo internal 9in1 card reader
1 x intel 1000 gigabit dual port pci adapter
do you see any problems with the hardware configuration? also i was
thinking of running debian unstable as the os? can someone recommend a
better route. ie one of the specialized distros.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
