After 2 days of debugging/testing I managed to hack together
a working channels.conf for my QAM 256 Provider (Rogers in this case). They
broadcast about 15% of their channels in the clear, and I have them all. I’m able to manually tune using azap and cat
/dev/dvb/adapter0/dvr0, so I’m certain I have the frequency and
video/audio pid data. Now I want to add this to Myth. I tried using the scan
utility, but needless to say For any dev’s out there a utility to manually add from
a working channels.conf would be a great addition! Thanks! David |
