I was looking at my backend status and it says I have 1 card in
use when I really have none in use. It says 'encoder 3 is watching
Live tv' but I know that is not true. Perhaps a frontend
crashed...? How can I turn off that encoder without rebooting the
whole box? do I need to kill the backend and restart it?
