Excellent choices. With the backboxes, you'll have very tight mid-bass and can crossover the sub around 85 with great results. Minor adjustments to the budget can usually give you a major step up in quality. My recommendation for your budget was based on retail street pricing. Just remember that internet sales nearly always invalidate the manufacturer's warranty and the seller assumes that obligation. Speakers have very low risk. Displays, receivers and source electronics are an entirely different story.
