Hi everybody, downloaded mzmine last week and played around a bit with the program. Looks interesting to me and if you indeed will provide Mascot support, I might be using the program quite frequently. However, there is one bug, which is annoying. Whenever I load a Thermo raw file and try to visualize it (TIC) the retentation time displayed stops at around 60min and then starts again at O min. So in the end a 95 min chromatogram stops at 35min.
