Hi Hannes,

Please go to menu Project / Set number formats and change the
formatting of retention time from "m:ss" to "h:mm:ss".

Since this issue has been already reported several times, I will
change the formatting to automatically include hours if the time is >
60 min.
The change will be included in MZmine 2.2.
