I am a graduate student in the biochemistry department in Vanderbilt university. I found your MZmine2 software very helpful in the analysis of LC-MS data. Thank you for developing and sharing such a wonderful software. I am now trying use the software to identify a specific isotopic pattern, which is 79Br/ 81Br. I have read the "isotopic patterns" section in the manual. I find it exciting that the software can search for isotopes differ by one neutron. But the Br isotopes differs by 2 neutrons. Would you PLS let me know whether it is possible for the software to search for isotopes differ by two neutrons? Thank you very much. Have a good day.
