Please send the exact description of your problems to our mzmine-devel list
(mzmine-devel@lists.sourceforge.net).
Please include the data file that is causing you problems and exact steps
(including parameter values) to reproduce the problem.
Also, please check which MZmine version are you using.
You can use the "readw" program
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/sashimi/files/ReAdW%20%28Xcalibur%20converter%29/)
to convert RAW files to mzXML, or "msconvert" program
(http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/download.html) to convert them to mzML.
