Hello Mr. Orešič,
I'm facing some problems with the mzMine program. Unfortunately I'm not
familiar with coding at all, so I really don't know how to help myself. Would
be awesome if someone could help me with my problems.
When I wanna use neutral loss visualization i get an error message
"java.lang.nullpointerexception". Only some precursor masses are shown in the
plot...Furthermore the 3D function won't work. Looks like the software doesn't
recognize java3d, although I installed already different versions.
I have to mention that I use thermo raw files. I really don't like thermo
files, on the contrary, I don't know which program is good for conversion of
the files. Would be cool if you can tell me which program to use.
