Hi Brad, Personally, I have no experience with running Java on Windows 7, but I will try to give you some hints. Are you running the Windows 7 in 64-bit mode? Did you install 64-bit version of Java?
The correct parameter is "USE_64_BIT=-d64", not "USE_64_BIT=d64". However, please try running MZmine without the USE_64_BIT parameter first and check that it works.
