Hi,

I have been using MZmine2 with data collected on an Agilent QTOF
instrument. However, after collecting data with polarity switching, it
seems to not be possible to process this data. For polarity switching data,
there is alternating positive and negative ionization mode scans, and these
need to be treated completely seperately. Is there some way that you can
add the capacity to handle this type of polarity switching data to mzmine ?

Thanks,

Bill Wikoff
