Hi Bill, I agree that such feature would be useful. We need to recognize and filter the scans according to their type prior to peak detection. There may be not only different polarities, but also special scans such as MSe. However, I am very busy at the moment, so I will not be able to implement this anytime soon. Feel free to contribute and implement it yourself, or you may find a software developer around you who can do it. This is open source, after all.
