The parameter descriptions could be improved. What is the meaning of width, height, row & column margin, and what are the units for these parameters? Also, what is the function of "Use peak area"? The generated heat maps look very nice. What about adding a choice to open the heat map inside MZmine (as a JInternalFrame) as well?
