Hi Angela, did you edit the file "startMZmine_Linux/Windows/MacOSX" to add more memory to the program? If, for example, your operative system is Windows you should edit the file "startMZmine_Windows.bat" and change this line: "set HEAP_SIZE=1024" by "set HEAP_SIZE= 4096" (or the memory that you want to use in MZmine)
