Kind Mzmine Team, Thank you for good advices you gave me. Because of some problems with the last computer (Windows XP), I actually have the opportunity to work with pc with Linux.I downloaded MzMine and Java 3 D and I'm able to open the program but now the problem is about Thermo raw file, as I read on MzMine 2.3 manual, is possible to read and process Thermo raw files only on Windows ... Is it possible to work with Thermo raw file on Linux? I bag your pardon for all these questions.. I hope this would be the last one! Kind regards, Angela
