I'm a postdoc in the lab of Andrew Phillips at Yale University. I have been using Mzmine2.5 for processing metabolomics data. The program has been working great but I have a question about setting up the project parameters and values function. I have a large number of samples (~400) and it is very laboreous to assign each sample to one of ~60 values in the Sample Group parameter I set up. Is there a way to import a list from a txt or csv file that automatically matches the values to a desired raw data file. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Dr. Jason Rush
