I've committed a couple of changes that improve the NIST MS Search module:
* Added a "Max. peaks per spectrum" parameter that sets an upper bound
on the number of peaks included in each query spectrum submitted to
NIST MS Search
* Added a "NIST MS Search directory" parameter that defines the path
to the directory holding the NIST MS Search executable (removing the
need to set the nist.ms.search.path environment variable in
startMZmine_Windows.bat)
