Dear All, I have been installing a fresh mzMine installation on 64 bit Windows 7 and I tried to use Thermo's MSFileReader 2.2 dated 12/19/2011. This refuses to work resulting in a "java.io.IOException Unable to Initialise RAW file object, have you installed MSFilereader" message. I tried both the 64 bit version and the 64 and 32 bit version.
A workaround is to use the earlier msfilereader_ver13_04-14-2009_Setup. This works.
