Hi Chris,

Renjin looks interesting.  It's too immature for the sorts of scripts
used by baseline correction but is worth keeping an eye on.

I haven't tested it myself, but from their website I get the impression that 
you should be able to install regular R packages into renjin.
Therefore it might work with the 'ptw' package.. what do you think?
