ok, the list is in attachment, it's just one compound for the moment.
Yes, importing is no problem, but if you try to create a TIC from it, then you just see a baseline at 0, no peaks whatsoever
Did you manage to create a TIC or a XIC? Cheers, Geert Tomas Pluskal wrote:
Please send also the Peak list file that you used for the targeted peak detection.By the way, I could import your raw file into MZmine without problems. But, if i use the targeted peak detection (with a window of 1 m/z or 1000 ppm), i don't get a very nice results as you can see on the second page, it seems like the parameters were not accepted and the window of the target mass is too small (from 537.659 to 537.745). How come these values are used instead of the range that i have submitted?Secondly, i have problems with opening raw data files in positive mode, i get no signal at all when trying to open the raw file, but when i convert it to a cdf file i do get a signal, and if i convert that file back to a raw file, i also get a signal. It seems like with the original file there is some information missing for Mzmine to be able to start reading the file, is this something you have experienced before?Thank you for your answer, Cheers, Geert. -- ==================================================================Geert Goeminne, Ing.Tel:+32 (0)9 331 38 79 or (0)9 331 38 85 fax:+32 (0)9 3313809 VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology, Ghent University Technologiepark 927, 9052 Gent, BELGIUM ge...@psb.vib-ugent.be http://www.psb.vib-ugent.be ==================================================================<UNTITLED.PPTX>------------------------------------------------------------------------------Better than sec?
