Any luck :)?

Please send also the Peak list file that you used for the targeted
peak detection.
By the way, I could import your raw file into MZmine without problems.

Hi Geert,
Can you send us the raw files that demonstrate the problems you
described?
Cheers,
Tomas

Dear,
I was trying to use the targeted peak detection, but i don't get
good results at all.
In attachment you can find an example:
I try to look for mass 537.5 (on a nominal MS detection system, LTQ
from Thermo), if i make an XIC chromatogram for that mass range i
have 2 beautiful peaks.
But, if i use the targeted peak detection (with a window of 1 m/z or
1000 ppm), i don't get a very nice results as you can see on the
second page, it seems like the parameters were not accepted and the
window of the target mass is too small (from 537.659 to 537.745).
How come these values are used instead of the range that i have
submitted?
Secondly, i have problems with opening raw data files in positive
mode, i get no signal at all when trying to open the raw file, but
when i convert it to a cdf file i do get a signal, and if i convert
that file back to a raw file, i also get a signal.
It seems like with the original file there is some information
missing for Mzmine to be able to start reading the file, is this
something you have experienced before?
Thank you for your answer,
Cheers,
Geert.
