Hi Edward,
It seems there is a great variety in the contents of the scan filter line
provided by Thermo instruments (in your case "- c APCI sid = 5.00 Q1MS
[200.000-600.000]").
I adjusted the MZmine code to accommodate this, so you will be able to open the
raw files using the next MZmine version.
In the meantime, you can convert your data to mzXML using readw or msconvert
(ProteoWizard). You should be able to import the mzXML files.
