Hello again - I have finally got some of the online identification working for my MZmine files. These are LipidMaps and PlantCyc. However, I am still not able to access and search CHEMSPIDER - it gives the error <java.netsockettimeout exception: read timed out <AxisFault.java: 101>
Also, when I queue up a METLIN search, it seems to start the process just fine - it says "starting processing of task: ID of peaks using METLIN database" in the dos box window. But then it doesn't do anything. So I'm not sure how to get these to work properly. I am using a computer behind a proxy server. I think the problem seems to be that apache axis is not configured properly, but i'm not sure how to do that. Would that cause these problems? Tomcat seems to be running and so does apache 2. are there executables I need to copy into libraries? Or editing of code? I am not a tech head, so please guide me through the process if I do need to do any code editing etc. thanks so much. REALLY looking forward to getting it working properly.
