Hello,
I'm trying to use MZmine 2.10 to search a peaklist against the YMDB
database but have run into some trouble. When I try to use the online
database search function in MZmine w YMDB I get a couple of hits and
eventually this error:
Task error: Could not search Yeast Metabolome Database (YMDB):
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
http://www.ymdb.ca/compounds/YMDB01018.sdf(null:-1)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
