Dear developers of mzmine,
I am currently using mzMine 2.0 for our metabolomics project and i keep
receiving error message ( 'Could not connect to HMDB:
java.io.IOException:Server returned HTTP response code: 503 for URL.....) when
i performing identification by using online HMDB database searching. I did some
research online and find this is a common problem when using HMDB, i am just
wondering if there is already a solution for this problem? If not, is it
possible for you guys to build a custom database (csv file) based on HMDB and
make it available online so that all MZmine users could download it and use it
for database searching locally to avoid getting any error message and causing
less problems to the online database server.
