Can you send the whole startMZmine.bat script that you use? I would like to
check it.
Also, how do you actually start the program? By double-clicking on the
startMZmine script?
Finally, can you check the exact size of the MZmine-2.10.jar file in the lib
folder? It should be 12,768,011 bytes.
