Hi Jamuna,

Sorry, but there is no feature for that in MZmine. In our lab we export all our
data from MZmine into a big SQL database and we align the peaks in the
database. But this is an in-house developed solution.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hi,

I am new to MzMine. i have generated peak lists for each treatment (n=6) and
saved in different projects. Since I have eight projects and need to compare
between each combination, keeping them together in the single project would be
too large to work. Is there any possibility, I bring forward two Mzmine
projects together and do comparisons? OR if i export data to excel from each
project, can anybody give me an idea how to align data from two excel file for
comparison?

Much appreciation for any suggestion. Thank you.
