Dear Tomas,

Thank you very much for quick response. When I am running MzMine with the
whole sample set (as I mentioned before 8*6 =48) as one project, i came
across the java out of memory error message (I have pasted the detail at
the end of this email). Will it be solved if i increase heap size? But
unfortunately I do not know how to do it in Mac, so I have not adjusted the
default heap size in MzMine during installation. I am running this program
in mac OS X lion with 2.5 GZ processor and 4 GB memory.

Can you pls. tell me what is the maximum heap size I can allocate if I want
to run Mzmine for same samples in Window 7 with 6 GB memory?

Thanks a lot in advance for your suggestion.

jamuna
