Hi all,
I'm working on new algorithms for chromatogram extraction and have decided
to use MZmine 2. Good work! I'm very impressed by the code design. It's
been pretty easy so far to figure out how to do things.
I am struggling figuring out how to tie my module into the GUI menu. I see
from an old post that you no longer modify the config.xml file (I found
that out by experience :) ), but rather you add your module to
MZmineModuleList.java. I'm having trouble finding that file. What package
is it in/under?

ps - I plan on submitting anything I come up with as a patch just as soon
as I've tested it thoroughly to evaluate how well it does.
