Hi Rob, Glad to hear that you want to contribute to the project. The development of MZmine has been somewhat stalled recently, but if you provide a new module, I will be happy to release a new version just for that purpose.
You will find the MZmineModulesList class in the net.sf.mzmine.main package. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
