Subject: MZmine troubleshoot

Dear Matej,

How are you?

I 'm trying to process LC-Orbitrap-MS data with MZ-mine 2.10.

I also installed R package (R-3.0.1), in order to run the baseline correction
feature

and I have changed the appropriate paths and directories in MZmine batch file
as follows

rem Set R environment variables.
set R_HOME=C:\Program Files\R\R-3.0.1
set R_SHARE_DIR=%R_HOME%\share
set R_INCLUDE_DIR=%R_HOME%\include
set R_DOC_DIR=%R_HOME%\doc
set R_LIBS_USER=%USERPROFILE%\Documents\R\win-library\3.0

Despite this modification in the batch file, each time i'm applying BSL
correction,

an error message pops up saying that R is not installed or that the path to
the libraries is not properly installed.

I forgot to mention that I'm running on a 32-bit system.

Is it possible to help me with this problem?

Thank you for your time

Katerina
