Hello all !
Recent user of MzMine I have a question in fact two.
Here is my situation.
I loaded about 15 raw files (mzXML format) weighing a total of 5.2 Go
I started my data processing (mass detection, chrom building, filtering etc
...) generating the new peak lists.
When I save project MzMine while save again the whole project that is 5Go thus
requiring a lot of time. Is it possible to configure it so that only the last
modifications (the new generated peak lists ) would be saved ?
My second question is that I have my RAW data and MzMine project on an external
HDD because I run low on space on my computer's HD. Nevertheless when I open an
MzMine project this one seams to need the actual size of the project free on my
computers HD eventough this project is located on an external HDD.
Same thing here is this possible to manage this in some parameters ?
