Frank, the error message with Java SE binary suggests you might need to try a
different version of Java.
You could try downloading Java
v7.0<https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp>. Make sure you have the
64-bit version.
The value for R_LIBS_USER can be determined by running R and entering the
.libPaths() command.
