I have been looking into the sql export function of MZmine and would like to discuss the implementation - it seems that the sql export function is different than the csv export.
The issue is that when exporting data from an aligned peak list, the values in mz, rt, peak height and peak area are average values based on all samples. Is there a reason for this average value implementation and do you know if anyone uses it? In my opinion - and based on what I need for my data processing - then a better implementation would be to export all values for each individual sample in the peak list. Best regards, Thomas
