Hi, I am very new to mzmine and am running into an issue with extracting my raw data.
In short: RAW dump keeps crashing before all the scans were extracted. I am using thermo.RAW files and have had no problem importing many of the smaller files, however, a larger file (I think this is the problem) is causing raw dump to crash. Here is my info: (1) Mzmine version 2.12 (32-bit OS) with JAVA 8 version 25 (build 1.8.0_25-b18). (2) I have kept all of the heap files the same, however, I changed the size such that I am allowing 1300MB to be allotted to Java. The exact error: java.ang.Exception: RAW dump process crashed before all scans were extracted 6149 out o 14243 XcaliburRawFileReadTask.java.143 Note that I have repeated this on a 64-bit machine and even if I allow 1600 MB it is still crashing. how do I go about fixing, or do I just need more memory? or am I wrong in assuming that this is a memory problem and the issue is something else?
