Hi Anthony, A few questions:
1) How big are the RAW files that cause the crash? 2) How much memory does your 64bit machine have? Have you tried increasing the heap size further (2GB, 3GB etc)? 3) Have you tried updating the MSFileReader library from Thermo? 4) Can you send us one of those RAW files for analysis?
