Hi Thomas,
Well spotted. I will fix these problems. I am still thinking how to best
represent the selection component in case only 1 raw data file or peak list is
supposed to be selected.
Let me know if you notice any other problem.
Cheers,
Tomas

Also, peak lists (input) is now also visible under the parameters for peak
lists tables – does this make sense? An error is returned if no peak list is
selected and pr. default none is selected when changing the parameters for the
table.

Hi Tomas
The changes to the PeakListParameter (and possibly also the
RawDataFileParameter?) causes the previous selected peak list to be remembered
and selected when opening a MZmine instance. This means that I have a peak list
available under the parameters even though I don’t have any peak lists in my
project. It’s shown below for the SQL export.
Cheers,
Thomas

Subject: [Mzmine-devel] Recent commits
Hi everyone,
I committed a few updates that affect a lot of code. Mainly, I made the
following changes:
- I updated the RawDataFileParameter and PeakListParameter (selection of inputs
of individual modules) to be real, visible parameters with their own selection
components. In these components, users can set wildcards (*) to apply methods
to certain groups of data files or peak lists. This also changes the philosophy
of the batch mode. In previous versions, the batch mode steps were always
applied to the output of the previous step. Now, the user can setup what each
batch mode step is actually applied to. This change is still a work in
progress, as some modules will have to be updated to reflect the new philosophy
(e.g., the spectra visualizer now complains when multiple raw data files are
selected - but these are cosmetic issues).
- I made a distinction between MZmineRunnableModule and MZmineProcessingModule
- only MZmineProcessingModules are shown in the batch mode
- I removed the TaskListener and TaskEvent classes, because these are not
needed anymore
- I cleaned up the code to remove compiler warnings. Now the source tree does
not produce any warnings in Eclipse using the default settings
Note that the code now requires Java version 1.7 or higher to compile - I think
that is a reasonable requirement and should not pose any problems.
Please let me know if you have any comments, or if you find any problems.
Best regards,
Tomas
