Hi everyone,

I am using MZMine-2.12 on Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit, and I haven't changed
any of the startMZmine script from the default. I am analysing thermo .raw
files from a Thermo LTQ Orbitrab.

I was wondering if there is a way to tell which channel you are using in
MZmine2. I can't tell if I'm using FTMS or ITMS, although I am pretty sure it's
positive and not negative. Is there a way to choose between the two? Or use
both in tandem? (ie: using FTMS to obtain peak area, and ITMS to identify?)

Thanks in advance for your help,

Peter
