Hi Peter,
At the moment, MZmine has no method to distinguish different type of scans in
mixed files. It’s definitely one of the things on my TODO list. Sadly, the TODO
list is quite long :)
Best regards,
Tomas

Hi everyone,
I am using MZMine-2.12 on Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit, and I haven’t changed
any of the startMZmine script from the default. I am analysing thermo .raw
files from a Thermo LTQ Orbitrab.
I was wondering if there is a way to tell which channel you are using in
MZmine2. I can’t tell if I’m using FTMS or ITMS, although I am pretty sure it’s
positive and not negative. Is there a way to choose between the two? Or use
both in tandem? (ie: using FTMS to obtain peak area, and ITMS to identify?)
Thanks in advance for your help,
Peter
