This is for the new mzTabImport module. If there are references to raw data files in the mzTab file then I want them to be imported.

Basically, to process multiple tasks at the same time, you can use the TaskController module: MZmineCore.getTaskController().addTasks(tasks) or other addTask() methods - check the TaskController interface.
